---|---|---|
Device does not switch on | Encoder push button stuck electrically, causing device to boot in firmware update mode. | Push the encoder button about 100 times to remove stuck contact it and power the device on again. |
Firmware
Even now after the device has been replaced by the MVR mkII we will continue to back-port all new firmware features to the MVR-64 (when the hardware allows it).CAUTION
For updating the Dante module, please use Dante Firmware Update Manager 3.10.9.6 (Windows only).Alternatively, use Dante Updater (part of Dante Controller) and import the supplied *.dnt file (see p.50 of the MVR-mkII manual).
The updater fails - it cannot find a COM port (Windows 11)
Some Windows 11 installations do not automatically/correctly install the required FTDI drivers. Please download and install the FTDI driver package and try again.Version | Date | Major changes | Firmware package | Documentation |
